<p>LAB metoda preporuča se <strong>za male prostore</strong>  (može i ispod sudopera&#8230; <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> gdje nema mjesta za klasično kompostiranje ili za predkompostiranje <strong>kuhane hrane</strong> prije klasičnog kompostiranja jer tako smanjujemo vjerojatnost pojave glodavaca u kompostnoj hrpi, stoga se metoda preporuča i kod &#8220;kvartovskog&#8221; kompostiranja.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Napomene:</h2>



<p>&#8211; LAB = lactic acid bacteria = bakterije mliječne kiseline<br>&#8211; Ne koristiti bilo kakve metalne posude (osobito ne od bakra)<br>&#8211; Koristiti isključivo ne kloriranu vodu<br>&#8211; Ne izlagati &#8220;tekućine&#8221; direktnom sunčevom svjetlu<br>&#8211; Postupak opisan ovdje često se naziva Bokashi ali „tradicionalna Bokashi receptura“ ima tri grupe mikroorganizama: lakto bakterije, gljivice/kvasci, fototropne bakterije (Lactobacilli, Fungi/yeast, phototropic bacill)</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Potrebni „resursi“:</h2>



<p>Staklena teglica ili  (čaša) staklena tegla, riža, ne klorirana voda, mlijeko, gumice za kosu, ubrusi, raspršivač, kanta i kanta probušenog dna (kante 5-7 L istih dimenzija), poklopac kante, komad šireg drva/tetrapak od mlijeka za „sabijanje“ organske materije. Ako se koristi tetrapak od mlijeka za „sabijanje“ onda treba odrezati vrh tetrapaka da se može šaka zavući unutar tetrapaka.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Uzgoj Lacto bakterija</h2>



<p>&#8211; Pola čaše riže (bilo koja)<br>&#8211; Manja teglica ne klorirane vode (kišnica, filtrirana, sa slavine mora odstajati barem koji sat) u koju dodamo rižu.<br>&#8211; „Promućkati“ dok voda ne bude „oblačno“ bijela</p>



<p>&#8211; Procijediti rižu kroz gazu u veću staklenku ili posudu popuniti max. 2/3 sa zamućenom vodom<br>&#8211; Pokriti ubrusom (maramicom, gazom) … da može „disati“ (poželjno je napisati datum…) koji se pričvrsti sa gumicom za kosu.<br>&#8211; Staviti na mjesto sobne temperature (ne „na sunce“)</p>

<p>&#8211; Nakon 3 dana stajanja dolazi do raslojavanja: „pjenica“ na vrhu, zamućena voda, sitni komadići riže na dnu.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Izdvajanje željenog soja Lacto Bacillus</h2>



<p>&#8211; Samo zamućenu vodu (procijediti,…) pomiješati sa mlijekom u omjeru 3/7, ostaviti 1/3 zraka u tegli, pokriti ubrusom / krpom koju se pričvrsti sa gumicom za kosu…<br>&#8211; Staviti na mjesto sobne temperature koje nije na direktnom suncu<br>&#8211; Nakon tjedan dana dobili smo željeni soj lakto bakterije, raslojavanje: na vrhu neka vrsta sira (mliječni proteini, jestivo z a životinje, baciti na kompost…), na sredini „čisti“ soj Lacto Bacillus Serum-a (žućkasta tekućina).</p>

<p>&#8211; Uklanjanjem „sira“ ostaje Lacto Bacillus Serum<br>&#8211; Procijediti serum kroz gazu u bocu raspršivača (serum se može čuvati u hladnjaku ili se serumom &#8220;inokuliraju&#8221; mekinje koje se kasnije posipaju po organskim ostacima umjesto prskanja raspršivačem)</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Korištenje Lacto Bacillus Serum-a (LBS)</h2>



<p>&#8211; Plastičnu kantu sa rupicama na dnu (5-6 rupica fi 6-7mm) staviti u kantu bez rupica.<br>&#8211; Postepeno puniti kante organskim ostacima, uz prskanje LBS-a sa raspršivačem i nabijanjem organskih ostataka tako da se istisne što više zraka (napuniti kante do vrha). U slučaju da nemate dovoljno materijala za napuniti kante do vrha, privremeno se može staviti najlon tako da organska materija nema pristup zračnom prostoru iznad.<br>&#8211; Zatvoriti kantu „hermetički“ sa poklopcem i spremiti na sjenovito mjesto sobne temperature, minimalno vrijeme fermentacije: 7-10 dana ljeti, 10-14 dana zimi<br>Idealna temperatura fermentiranja oko 21 °C<br>Optimalna temperatura fermentiranja 16-25 °C<br>Max/Min temperatura fermentiranja 7-43 °C<br>&#8211; Napisati datum zatvaranja kante…</p>

<p>Na dnu kante dolazi do skupljanja tekućine (boje koja ovisi o sadržaju)<strong> jakog</strong> „octenog“ mirisa, moguća je i pojava bijele pljesni </p>

<p>dok pojava neugodnih mirisa znači da se proces <strong>ne odvija</strong> u željenom smjeru.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Korištenje „fermentirane“ organske materije</h2>



<p>&#8211; Iscijeđenu tekućinu uklanja se svakih par dana (duže stajanje ljeti može dovesti do neugodnih mirisa tekućine), najbolje istu odmah <strong>iskoristiti kao tekuće gnojivo</strong> pri čemu se razrjeđuje sa vodom (<strong>1:100</strong>), sipanje iste u kanalizaciju nije štetno, a za sisteme sa septičkom jamom i povoljno.</p>

<p>&#8211; Iskopati „rov“ od 10-15cm dubine, razasuti fermentiranu organsku materiju (5 cm), nasuti malo zemlje (par cm)</p>

<p> i zamiješati s fermentiranom materijom, zatrpati sa ostatkom iskopane zemlje. Na mjestu ukopane „fermentirane“ materije <strong>ne smije se</strong> <strong>saditi</strong> <strong>barem</strong> <strong>slijedeće</strong> <strong>dvije sedmice</strong>.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Zapažanja&#8230;</h2>



<p>&#8211; Poželjno je prati kante poslije svakog ciklusa</p>



<p>Ova metoda „predkompostiranja“ dobro se &#8220;slaže&#8221; sa barem dva permakulturna načela:<br>&#8211; ne proizvodi otpad<br>&#8211; koristi mala i spora rješenja<br><br>LAB sadržaj kante je povoljnije „zakopati“ u kompost, nego odmah zakopati u tlo.<br>LAB sadržaj kante <strong>NE </strong>dodavati u glistnjake u velikim količinama, gliste ne vole „svježi“ LAB, dok u tlo ukopani LAB kad se raspadne privlači kišne gliste.</p>
